What is your return policy?
The return window for orders will be our standard 30 day return window. The return window will commence the day after your order is delivered, as established by the order tracking number. Items should not be damaged, washed, or worn.
How do I return my item?
We now offer online returns! Please go to Returns and follow the instructions to process your return.
Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
When returning items through our online portal, please be sure to select all items you plan to return from your order. You will only be refunded for the item(s) listed on your return authorization.
If you plan to return items from two separate orders, please process the returns for each order separately. Please do not consolidate returns from separate orders since the return label is unique for each order and will ensure you receive the proper refund.
When will I receive a refund once I have returned an item?
Due to congestion in the delivery infrastructure, please allow up to 3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
Will my shipping fee be refunded?
We'll issue a refund to your original form of payment once our Returns Department processes your return. Original order shipping fees and applicable shipping taxes are non-refundable.

Exchange Instructions
1. To start your exchange, please go to RETURNS within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. To locate your order in our online portal, enter your order number and shipping zip code or email address.
3. Select all item(s) you would like to exchange, follow the prompts to complete and print the shipping label.
4. Securely pack the EXACT items selected for your exchange on this order. Do not combine items from multiple orders, this will delay your exchange. If available, please use original packaging, making sure to keep barcodes on the label!
Can I return an item purchased at a partner or retailer?
If your item was purchased in a store, please contact the store directly to arrange for a return or exchange. We are only able to refund items purchased online.
